Honey Olive Oil Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for a fruity, mild flavor, use a Koroneiki (Frutta) or Arbequina (Eleganza) variety*
  • 3 tbsp honey*
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or fresh lemon juice for a citrusy twist)*
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard*
  • Salt* and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the honey, vinegar (or lemon juice), and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk, ensuring the dressing emulsifies.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Adjust to your preferred sweetness or acidity by adding more honey or vinegar as desired.
